Upon requesting an appointment, a booking fee will be applied each time. The booking fee amount varies depending on your treatment cost(s). This fee is to be paid via bank transfer (or through the online booking system) in order to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. 

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Elite Beauty operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge of the total appointment cost. Regrettably, no show appointments will not be rebooked. 

Upon booking your appointment and paying your booking fee, you will be asked to provide your mobile telephone number (so we can send you an appointment reminder) and your email address (so we can send over your consultation form(s) via email). The consultation form process is completely secure and your details are not shared with anyone else. Please kindly complete your consultation form(s) in advance of your appointment so we can ensure your suitability for the treatment. We can't wait to see you!

Elite Beauty takes great pride in the level of cleanliness in the salon. Your safety and comfort is our top priority. All surfaces are wipeable and cleaned between clients, hand sanitiser is provided, and appointments are arranged so that clients do not overlap. 

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment - not early or late. If you are early we may still be with a client or preparing for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to carry out your appointment due to time restraints.

Please come alone to your appointment - Elite Beauty cannot accommodate plus ones or children under any circumstances and we thank you for your cooperation.
